He focuses his trial practice on defense of complex product liability, toxic exposure, professional liability, general liability and insurance coverage and bad faith claims. Chris was named a Top Attorney in the area of Civil Trial in Washington CEO magazine's Top Washington 2007 Book of Lists. He received his J.D. from Stanford in 1974, is a sustaining member of the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC), and is active in the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Steering Committee of the DRI Drug and Medical Device Litigation Committee.
