Profile

Michael Reilly is a shareholder and the Director of Lane Powell's Labor and Employment and Employee Benefits Practice Groups. His employment and labor law defense practice focuses on representing small and large employers in all aspects of employment litigation. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission regularly has Mr. Reilly advise employers on compliance matters at the EEOC Training Institute. Mr. Reilly is a frequent speaker at employment law seminars and has published numerous articles on employment issues, including "ERISA Fiduciary Claims: Planning, Protecting and Preparing for Class Actions" in the Employee Relations Law Journal (2005). Mr. Reilly's professional activities include his service as Commissioner on the Washington State Economic Development Commission. Mr. Reilly also is a member of the Board of Regents for Gonzaga University.
