Mr. Bufalini was licensed in 1978. Since 1979 he has limited his practice to plaintiffs' personal injury claims. He has been a solo practitioner since January 1995. His cases have included claims based on highway design, product defect, medical negligence, construction site negligence, liquor liability, and serious automobile, motorcycle, and pedestrian injuries. He has been a member and a frequent lecturer and seminar chair for WSAJ, and is a member of AAJ and ABOTA. He was voted one of Seattle's Top 115 Personal Injury Attorneys by Seattle Magazine in 2003. He was a contributing editor and chapter author of Handling Motor Vehicle Accident Claims, a Callaghan practice book.
