David S. Mann represents individuals, families, small businesses, community groups and homeowners associations throughout Washington on land use, environmental, and real property disputes. Mr. Mann's practice focuses on supporting smart growth, protecting quality of life and the environment, and protecting the right to fully use and enjoy property. He has significant experience before federal and state courts, administrative hearings boards, and local government hearing examiners, councils, and commissions. His expertise includes permitting, zoning, the Growth Management Act, Shoreline Management Act, State and National Environmental Policy Acts, State Public Records Act, and Federal Freedom of Information Act.
