Doug Albright is the Chair of the Ogden Murphy Wallace Health Care Practice Group, having previously served as Chair of the firm's Business Department and as Managing Partner. For over 35 years, he has practiced business and transactional law, with particular emphasis in health and hospital law, representing hospitals, public health care services districts, physicians, and other health-related clients. An emphasis of his practice is counseling clients on preventive measures to avoid unnecessary claims and disputes. Mr. Albright represents health care clients on matters such as board governance, compliance, medical staff affairs, corporate structure, reorganizations, sale of facilities, hospital/physician agreements, joint ventures, payor agreements, construction contracts, personnel issues, and insurance coverage issues. Mr. Albright has also represented national and international clients in the cruise, hospitality, and service industries.
