Profile

Ms. Howshar's practice focuses on real estate acquisition, sales, financing, development and leasing, and general business law. Her real estate practice involves drafting purchase and sale agreements for large commercial and residential properties, construction contracts and development agreements. Her financing experience includes the recent closing of a $350 million revolving credit facility. Ms. Howshar also serves diverse businesses through formation, Series A financing rounds, sale, and dissolution. She negotiates a broad range of business contracts, including asset purchase agreements, assignments, commercial licenses, and management agreements. Ms. Howshar graduated magna cum laude from St. Louis University in 1995 and received her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1998.
