She assists large and small companies in obtaining visas and green cards so that their foreign national employees can work and live in the U.S. Felicia is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and serves on the Loren Miller Bar Association Phillip L. Burton Scholarship Committee. Felicia served on the Advisory Board of the University of Washington Women's Center, as Chair of the Northwest Women's Law Center's 1998 Major Gifts Campaign, and on the Law Center's Resource Development Committee. Felicia is a past Chair of the WSBA Committee on Opportunities for Minorities in the Legal Profession and served on the WSBA Awards Committee. Felicia serves on a steering committee to raise funds for IslandWood, an environmental education camp on Bainbridge Island. Felicia is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, in Seattle Magazine, and in Seattle Metropolitan magazine as one of the best immigration lawyers in Seattle.
