Profile
With his experience as a practicing nurse and his skill as a personal injury lawyer, Frederick P. Langer brings a powerful combination of skills to the Seattle law firm of Nelson Langer Engle, PLLC. His clinical expertise in brain injuries and legal acumen provide him with the ability to assess his clients' long-term care needs and help them pursue fair compensation for the harm they have suffered.
Mr. Langer's legal efforts have changed the way Washington courts view disability cases, and his success in federal long-term disability denials has earned him the respect of clients and colleagues alike. In 2010, Mr. Langer and his fellow attorneys were featured in Forbes for six different achievements, including federal court victories and the new Zackery Lystedt Law.
With a commitment to helping improve the health of his community, Mr. Langer has served on the board of the Brain Injury Association of Washington, on the executive committee of the South Snohomish County Commission for Health and as commissioner of Public Hospital District #2 in Snohomish County. In addition, he is a Washington State Association for Justice Eagle Member and a member of the American Association for Justice and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
