Attorney Gregg Bertram is the president of Bertram Dispute Resolution, Inc. (BDR). Located in Seattle, Washington, BDR provides the services of experienced neutrals in mediations, arbitrations, neutral investigations, case evaluations and consultations.
Mr. Bertram has been a respected mediator and arbitrator in approximately 4,000 civil cases over the past 24 years. He has extensive experience in a wide range of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) matters, including cases involving intellectual property, business and commercial disputes, professional negligence, real estate and other issues.
The Washington Arbitration and Mediation Service bestowed the designation of "Master Mediator" on Mr. Bertram in 1998. Peer surveys by the Seattle Magazine named him to the "Top Lawyers" list for five consecutive years.
A frequent lecturer on ADR topics, Mr. Bertram is a board member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Federal Bar Association, an accredited neutral of the World Intellectual Property Organization and International Center of Dispute Resolution, and a mediator and arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. He is also the past chair of the Washington State Bar Association's ADR committee.
Mr. Bertram graduated with his J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law in 1978. He also holds a Master of Law degree in law and marine affairs from the University of Washington School of Law.
