Profile

Greg is the founding member of Harper | Hayes PLLC, a downtown Seattle litigation boutique emphasizing the representation of policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. He has represented almost every conceivable type of commercial policyholder, including banks, business owners, homeowner associations, developers, and general contractors in disputes involving everything from environmental contamination to construction defect claims to adoption agency liability. Greg has tried cases to juries and the bench and has vast experience arbitrating and mediating insurance-related disputes. Greg and the firm have extensive experience litigating in state and federal trial courts, as well as in state and federal courts of appeals. Greg obtained his B.A. from Duke University and his J.D. from Gonzaga University.
