Profile

As a member of Keller Rohrback's Complex Litigation Group, Gretchen has litigated a variety of high-stakes cases, including major class actions and derivative lawsuits. Gretchen’s areas of practice include products liability, consumer protection, ERISA, and mutual fund excessive fee litigation, among others. Recently, Gretchen has successfully represented clients against a leading toy manufacturer in relation to its lead paint and magnet recalls. She is currently involved with litigation regarding bisphenol A (BPA), a common chemical compound found in plastics that has been linked to developmental problems. Gretchen also represents clients in litigation regarding excessive fees in various contexts, including under ERISA and securities laws. When she is not working, Gretchen enjoys hiking, cross-country and downhill skiing, reading, and spending time with her family.
