Irene M. Fisher is a founding member of Gottlieb Fisher PLLC. She practices exclusively in the areas of public finance and securities laws, primarily focusing on non-profit cultural and educational institutions, non-profit housing and congregate care, health care, and industrial development bonds. Irene has served as counsel to underwriters, developers, borrowers, and credit enhancement providers, and as bond counsel in hundreds of financing transactions totaling billions of dollars in principal amount. Irene is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of The Rainier Club and serves on its Executive Committee, has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Kline Galland Center, and was a member and is a past President of The Bush School Board of Trustees. She received her law degree from Seattle University and a graduate law degree from New York University School of Law.
