J. Mark Weiss practices collaborative family law and mediation, helping divorcing and separating clients resolve conflict so they can move forward. Mark works with clients to create reality-based agreements that are consistent with their values, goals, and needs.
In the collaborative divorce process, couples work to reach resolutions with the aid of specially trained professionals without court intervention. In a mediation, clients work with the mediator to resolve issues. Unlike court proceedings, collaborative divorce and mediation sessions are private and confidential, focused on the parties' values and goals.
More information about these and other divorce processes are on Mark's website, www.mark-weiss.com.
