Pat Aylward graduated from Stanford University in 1973 and from the University of Washington School of Law in 1976. His practice is concentrated almost exclusively on real estate and land use matters. He has been named one of the top real estate lawyers in the State of Washington by Washington CEO Magazine. He has been actively involved with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA). He served on the Executive Council of the WSBA Real Property Probate and Trust Section and chaired the WSBA Legislative Committee. He served on the Limited Practice Board. He received the WSBA President's Award in 1996. He was elected to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers in 1997. In his leisure time he enjoys flying, racing sports cars, snow skiing, water skiing, hunting, fishing, and traveling.
