Mr. Holland's practice currently focuses on plaintiffs' personal injury litigation in matters ranging from auto accidents to aviation crashes and other wrongful death claims. In addition to representing numerous injured clients and their families in personal injury or wrongful death actions, Mr. Holland has also formerly represented many large corporations, including The Boeing Company and Rinker Materials, Inc. He was a former litigation associate at Perkins Coie, LLP and also formerly served as a King County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney.

Verdicts and Settlements:

  • Johnson v. Lang, obtained a $2.4 million dollar award at trial.  16th Street Investors, LLC v. Morrison, 153 Wn. App. 44, 223 P.3d 513 (2009), first chair trial counsel and second chair appellate counsel representing defendant in civil real estate litigation.  Ultimately prevailed on appeal and received full relief requested, including trial and appellate attorney's fees.    

Other Outstanding Achievements:

  • World Record Holder, largest tarpon caught on fly rod, 202.5 pounds, Homossassa, Florida.
  • Board Member and Vice-President of Legal and Political Affairs for the Wild Steelhead Coalition, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and protecting native steelhead and their habitat. , 2010
