He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and he is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates — distinguished organizations that build membership of highly accomplished trial lawyers by invitation only.
Mr. Rogers has held leadership positions as president of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, the Western Trial Lawyers Association and the Washington Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and as a member of the board of governors of the American Association for Justice.
He is a certified civil trial advocate by the National Board of Legal Specialty and regularly speaks at seminars sponsored by state and national trial lawyer associations.
