Jeannette Adams Gorman is a founding owner of Socius Law Group, PLLC. Her practice focuses on employment law and employment litigation. She is an experienced trial attorney, having tried cases to jury verdicts in both federal and state courts. Jeannette proactively represents her employer clients by preparing employment contracts, employee handbooks, and non-competition and confidentiality agreements, and by conducting employee relations counseling and sexual harassment and discrimination training. Jeannette also represents both employers and employees in litigation in the areas of wrongful termination, employment contracts, wage-and-hour laws, non-competes, harassment, and discrimination. Jeannette graduated from the University of Washington (B.A., Phi Beta Kappa) and from the University of Washington School of Law. Jeannette completed the National Institute of Trial Advocacy's Northwest Regional Program in 2002.
