Jeffrey Lustick handles criminal matters in the federal, state, and local courts throughout Washington. He served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in Omaha, NE and was Lead City Prosecutor for Bellingham, WA for three years. Jeffrey founded the Lustick Law Firm in 1994, which has a compliment of four lawyers and three support staff. He is a frequent lecturer at Western Washington University and provides on-air legal consultation and commentary for KGMI news radio in Bellingham. In March 2008, he became a contributor on the truTV Network (formerly Court TV) as a legal analyst and commentator. He is past president of the Whatcom County Bar Association and was president of the Baker Creek Estates Neighborhood Association. An acknowledged leader in military law, Jeffrey joined the Air Force JAG Corps in 1997, serving as a military prosecutor and circuit defense counsel. He is an aircraft owner with over 800 hours piloting Cessna aircraft. Jeffrey represents aviators in enforcement actions before the FAA and NTSB and is a member of the Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association Legal Services Panel. Jeffrey is a well-respected trial litigator and counselor.
