John Cooper is Of Counsel to the Seattle firm of Stafford Frey Cooper, which he joined in 1971. He currently serves exclusively as a mediator/arbitrator. Admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 1970, he has served as a mediator or arbitrator in thousands of cases over the past 20 years. He currently averages more than 200 mediations and over 50 arbitrations per year.
