Mr. Hayes is a shareholder with Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S. He has a wide ranging practice including defense of construction defect, employment, product liability, personal injury, professional liability, maritime, and commercial contract disputes. He has chaired the firm’s Maritime Practice Group, Construction Practice Group and Employment Practices Group. He represents insurance carriers in marine, commercial general liability and personal lines insurance coverage and bad faith litigations. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association Commercial panel of Arbitrators, was the Director and Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for the Lockheed Shipbuilding and Construction Company in Seattle, and was the Compliance director for the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Board.
