For over 28 years, Jack has been giving voice to citizens harmed as a result of government or corporate misconduct and negligence. His forceful representation of plaintiffs in governmental liability, personal injury, medical, and wrongful death cases has resulted in significant verdicts and major changes by corporate and government defendants. A recognized leader among his peers, Jack is a member of the Washington Damage Attorneys Round Table (DART) and past President of WSAJ. His recognitions include: WSTLA Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2000; ABOTA Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2007; member of the National Crime Victims Bar Association and American Board of Trial Advocates; and multiple selections to state and national best lawyer lists. He earned a B.A. in Human Biology and Psychology from Stanford in 1978 and his J.D. from University of California Hastings in 1981. Jack and his wife, Angela, live in Tacoma with their nine children.
