Ken Bloch, native of Seattle and a shareholder of the firm, has been with the firm since 1964 and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Bloch's legal experience includes a wide range of practice, including business contracts, business and tort litigation, business entity formation, real estate matters, estate planning, and administration. For the past 20 years his practice has primarily been limited to business consulting, all facets of real estate development, estate planning, and administration. On two different occasions and totaling nine years, Mr. Bloch has served as an Officer of the Board of Trustees for The Little School, an independent school in Bellevue, Washington, and presently acts as a legal consultant to the school. Mr. Bloch was also a member of the Board of Trustees at First Place, a school for homeless and disadvantaged children. He is currently President of the First Place Endowment Trust Board of Trustees.  He has also served as the President of a property management company and In-House Counsel for a real estate development company.
