Ken Fornabai has been in private practice since being admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1978 and limits his practice to defending persons accused of alcohol-related offenses. He served as President of Washington Foundation for Criminal Justice for ten years and is a founding member of the National College for DUI Defense. Speaker and Trainer: Washington Traffic Safety Commission Training Video on Extensive Changes to DUI Laws 1999 and Detecting Impaired Drivers 2007.
