Kevin Daniel O'Rourke is a partner with Southwell & O'Rourke, P.S. His practice focuses on bankruptcy and business reorganization. Mr. O'Rourke graduated from Gonzaga School of Law, summa cum laude, in 1999, and is a member of the Washington State and Idaho Bar Associations. He is the previous president of the Young Lawyers Division of the Spokane County Bar Association and president-elect of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Eastern District of Washington. He also volunteers his time as an adjunct law professor, teaching a bankruptcy skills lab class at Gonzaga's Law School. Mr. O'Rourke serves as a judge-appointed member of both the Bankruptcy Rules Committee and the Mediation Panel for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
