Lance E. Olsen is managing shareholder of Routh Crabtree Olsen, P.S., a mortgage banking law firm dedicated solely to the representation of the mortgage servicing industry in eight western states. Lance's practice areas include bankruptcy, creditors' rights, title issues, and related litigation.

Lance is a member of the Board of Directors of the USFN; member of the American Bankruptcy Institute; and Associate Member of the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees. Lance is a frequent nationwide lecturer on creditors' rights topics and is a past recipient of the USFN Member of the Year Award. He is licensed in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
