Profile

Larry Mills is an experienced arbitrator and mediator who also maintains a broad-based business and commercial law practice. “I value my relationships with clients, and I strive to prevent legal problems and efficiently resolve disputes.” Larry enjoys community service activities, singing, sports, and foreign travel.

He is a past Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution, a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, and a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators. Larry has served as a neutral in hundreds of cases in a wide variety of contexts, including commercial, real estate, construction, employment, insurance coverage, intellectual property, and trusts and estates matters. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association's arbitrator and mediator panels. Larry has published numerous articles and is a frequent speaker on dispute resolution methods and ethics. He is an honors graduate of Princeton University and the University of Michigan Law School.
