Ms. Clark concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, land use, and municipal law. She has experience in state and federal court litigating constitutional, construction, land use, real estate, and tort claims. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Ms. Clark was employed as a land use planner in Washington, Utah, and Louisiana. Ms. Clark applies her planning background and familiarity with Washington's major land use laws to assist clients in all aspects of land use planning, permitting, and litigation. Ms. Clark also works with public sector clients, providing general and special legal counsel to several water districts and other local municipal corporations.
