Linda Kelley Ebberson, a seasoned litigator with over 30 years of experience, is one of Washington's top family law attorneys. She represents high-level executives and owners of publicly and privately held Northwest businesses, or their spouses, whose estates involve significant separate and community property asset tracing and valuation. She is also experienced in drafting tax-advantaged marriage dissolution settlements. Linda participated in the preparation, negotiation, and settlement of one of the country's largest marriage dissolutions. Linda graduated from the University of Washington School of Law where she was an Executive Editor of the Washington Law Review, is a founding member of her firm, and is active in its management. She was named one of Seattle's top 115 lawyers by Seattle Magazine in 2003.
