Ms. Kirschner is an associate at Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S. Her civil litigation practice is concentrated on personal injury, premises liability, construction site injury, pharmacy malpractice, and motor vehicle accident defense claims. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Washington in 2002 with a B.A. in Psychology and earned a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2005. She is licensed to practice in both Washington and California and is a member of the King County Bar Association, Washington Defense Trial Lawyers, and the Defense Research Institute.
