Profile

Mark Kaiman is a Senior Associate at the Lustick Law Firm in Bellingham. After graduating from the Syracuse University College of Law, Mr. Kaiman began his legal career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in San Juan County. After several years in public service, Mr. Kaiman entered private practice and now serves a diverse client base. Although primarily a criminal defense lawyer with a focus on major felonies, he has represented clients in real estate litigation, contract disputes, construction defect cases, and federal civil rights litigation. No matter what type of litigation he is involved in, Mr. Kaiman advocates passionately and effectively for his clients. Mr. Kaiman also regularly serves as Judge Pro Tempore in the San Juan County District Court. He has been a frequent contributor on KGMI radio in Bellingham and has lectured at Western Washington University. When not representing his clients in a courtroom, Mr. Kaiman can usually be found on the tennis court, still hoping to turn pro.
