Mary Schultz practices nationwide, and now handles primarily medical negligence and wrongful death jury trial claims. She recently received the highest oral surgery negligence verdict in the nation, $14.9 million total. This was received after obtaining what was until very recently the highest verdict in the State of Washington in a single plaintiff employment discrimination case (combined judgments totaling $5.7 million). Other examples include a $1.5 million securities fraud verdict in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, along with various multimillion dollar settlements. Operating from Spokane Washington, Schultz has been included annually in The Best Lawyers in America since 2003, and has been included on the Super Lawyers list since 2000.
