Using the valuable experience he gained as U.S. Attorney and Senior Deputy Prosecutor, Mike McKay represents corporations and individuals who experience problems with the government (regulatory, civil, and criminal). He also handles civil litigation and conducts corporate and government internal investigations. McKay has been a trial lawyer since 1976, including serving as a King County Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney (1976-1981) and as the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Washington (1989-1993). Mike has also been hired on multiple occasions to conduct corporate and government internal investigations, including investigations of the Port of Seattle, the Washington Attorney General's Office, and the Seattle Police Department.
