Profile

Parker Folse represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters both in the Pacific Northwest and across the country. His practice includes an active docket of significant patent infringement cases. In its January 2005 cover story, American Lawyer magazine profiled the firm as one of the nation's best litigation boutiques and highlighted Parker's practice within the firm. He has been named to the Top 100 Super Lawyers list in the State of Washington for the last three years. Before entering private practice in 1982, he served as a law clerk to Ninth Circuit Judge Joseph T. Sneed and Supreme Court Justice William Rehnquist.
