Profile

Paul Dayton chairs the firm's Commercial and Appellate Litigation Section. He litigates unfair trade practice claims, complex environmental issues, shareholder and partnership disputes, and many forms of contract disputes. Paul received his B.A. from Claremont McKenna College, cum laude, in 1979 and his J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles, in 1982. Paul doesn't work only on business problems. He has received awards from the ACLU for successfully challenging the conviction of a death row inmate and has chaired the City of Seattle Ethics and Elections Commission.
