Paul Cressman Jr. is a founding member of Ahlers & Cressman PLLC. He has practiced construction law for over 32 years and represents general contractors, subcontractors, owners, and suppliers in public and private construction projects. Paul routinely participates in continuing legal education programs and regularly addresses various construction trade organizations on construction law issues. He is a past Chairperson of the WSBA's Construction Law Section, past Chairperson of the AGC's Legal Affairs Committee, and recipient of both the AGC's Affiliate of the Year Award in 1991 and NECA's Associate of the Year Award in 1994 and 1997. He was named one of Seattle's Top 115 Lawyers by Seattle Magazine in 2003.
