An experienced trial lawyer, Paul Taylor's practice includes commercial litigation, professional liability defense, antitrust, and plaintiffs' personal injury. Before entering private practice, Taylor was with the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. Taylor has handled a number of significant matters including patent litigation for Kimberly-Clark, monopolization and price-fixing cases in various industries, and the successful defense to verdict of a $200 million claim against a major law firm.
