Peter J. Karademos has been a lawyer since 1974, emphasizing his practice in Family Law. He was a Member of the Family Law Executive Committee for 15 years, having chaired that committee on two occasions. He has presented at numerous CLEs and has been Chair of the Family Law Section mid-year meetings on four different occasions. He was a former chair of the Washington State Legislative Committee for the Washington State Bar Association. He is currently the Governor for the Fifth District of Washington and commenced service on the Board of Governors as of September 2006. He has handled over 3,700 family law cases and has been a pro tem court commissioner for the Superior Court of Spokane County, Washington since 1990. He is the current liaison from the Washington State Bar Association to the Superior Court Judges Association and to the Family Law Section. He is currently a liaison to the Local Rules Task Force for the Washington State Bar Association. He was named to the 2006 Super Lawyers list.
