Bob Chadwell's law practice focuses on federal white collar criminal defense such as government program fraud, securities fraud, and environmental offenses. He has represented individuals and corporations in the criminal arena, with clients ranging from an oil company executive in an environmental investigation (no charges were filed), a prominent stockbroker charged with tax fraud (who was acquitted at trial), an international construction company in a government contracting fraud investigation (no charges were filed), and an Internet-based company involved in the sale of unregistered securities (case was resolved without criminal charges against the company by a unique settlement with regulators). Bob is a member of the Board of Trustees for the UW Physicians.
