Robert Adolph is a seasoned trial lawyer focusing his practice on commercial and business matters. He has litigation credentials in real estate, contract, intellectual property, and trade regulation areas. Mr. Adolph obtained a multimillion-dollar settlement in October 2008 in a partnership and management dispute, obtained a million-dollar-plus award plus legal fees in a real estate accounting action in November 2006, tried a venture capital trial resulting in $24 million in client recoveries in 2004, served as successful counsel in a four-month Alaska antitrust jury trial in 2003, and served in the successful defense of a four-week Montana toxic tort jury trial in 2002. Mr. Adolph has also served as an expert witness in many cases involving business practices and corporate law standard-of-care issues. He is a lecturer on trial practice at WSBA CLE programs. In addition to litigation, Mr. Adolph has advised individuals and businesses on a broad range of issues. His firm frequently serves as local counsel for out-of-state clients.
