Robert Adolph has resolved disputes involving a diverse spectrum of business matters. He has successfully tried jury and non-jury cases and participated in attendant mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Adolph obtained a multimillion-dollar award with an award of legal fees in a complex real estate accounting and participation action in November 2006, tried a complex venture capital trial resulting in $24 million in client recoveries in 2004, served as successful counsel in the four-month Alaska Bristol Bay antitrust jury trial in 2003, and served in the successful defense of a four-week Montana toxic tort jury trial in 2002. Mr. Adolph has also served as an expert witness in many cases involving business practices and corporate law standard-of-care issues. He is a lecturer on trial practice at WSBA CLE programs.
