Profile

Rob Kraft has focused his practice on maritime personal injury and wrongful death since 1980. He represents injured tug and barge workers, Washington State Ferry employees, commercial fishermen, blue water seamen, cruise ship passengers, and longshore and harbor workers in third-party claims against vessel owners. Rob also handles general personal injury work, including cases against railroads, automobile collisions involving serious injuries, defective products, and unsafe premises. In July 2005, he, Lance Palmer, and Rick Davies formed Kraft Palmer Davies, PLLC, where they continue to represent the injured.
