Ron Allen has practiced law in the areas of real estate, environmental, construction, and corporate and business planning since his admission to the Washington State Bar Association in 1990. Ron advises real estate developers, construction companies, banks, title and liability insurance companies, commercial landlords, and tenants in a broad variety of real estate matters. He has represented commercial lenders and borrowers in the full range of project and permanent financing and defeasance transactions. Ron also handles various corporate and business transactions, including asset and equity transfers, entity structuring (including joint venture structuring and financing in the real property development context), and governance. Ron has successfully counseled buyers, sellers, and developers of properties with known and suspected environmental conditions in negotiating with regulatory authorities, managing remediation, and allocating responsibility among parties.
