Russell J. Speidel has emphasized estate planning in his law practice for over 30 years. Mr. Speidel was appointed in 2011 to the statewide Board of Directors of the Northwest Justice Project by the Board of Governors of the Washington State Bar Association. He is a past president of the Chelan-Douglas County Bar Association and was the founding president of Chelan-Douglas County Volunteer Attorney Services. Mr. Speidel and the Chelan-Douglas County Bar Association were co-recipients of the 2003 Charles A. Goldmark Distinguished Service Award of the Legal Foundation of Washington. He is a frequent speaker at seminars of the Washington State Bar Association and other professional organizations. Mr. Speidel is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
