Sam Baker is a partner with Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker, LLP. His practice focuses on evaluating and resolving construction disputes involving complex, multiparty cases. He has prosecuted construction claims before boards of contract appeals, arbitration panels, and state and federal courts throughout the Western United States. He is the only attorney to have served on the Board of Directors of the prestigious heavy construction industry organization, The Beavers, and currently is a Trustee of its Charitable Trust. He is also the only attorney to have been selected to the University of Washington Construction Management Hall of Fame.
