Sarah Mack has over 25 years of experience representing clients in complex project permitting and related litigation throughout Washington. Her practice emphasizes water rights and water supply planning, including administrative and judicial appeals, for both public sector clients and private developers. She assists developers of resorts, energy projects, municipal water supply facilities, and commercial projects with land use and shoreline development permitting, environmental review, and litigation. Sarah also advises clients on proposed legislation and administrative regulations relating to land use and water law. Sarah is a member of the Washington Water Policy Alliance, a member of the Water Resources Committee of the Association of Washington Business, and a former member of the Executive Committee for the WSBA Environmental and Land Use Law Section. Since 2000, Sarah has been named to each year's Washington Super Lawyers list.
