Seth Aaron Fine is a 25-year veteran in the Snohomish County Prosecutor's Office, where he heads the Criminal Appellate Unit. He has briefed or argued 83 cases in the Washington Supreme Court and hundreds in the Court of Appeals. He is Vice Chair of the WSBA Disciplinary Board. He is also a member of the Washington Supreme Court Committee on Jury Instructions and a consultant to the Sentencing Guidelines Commission. He is the principal author of the leading treatise on Washington Criminal Law: Criminal Law with Sentencing Forms, part of West's Washington Practice Series. Seth is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Puget Sound Law School. He lives in Lynnwood with his wife Barbara and their sons, Jordan and Jonathan.
