Steven H. Winterbauer is the founder and managing member of Winterbauer & Diamond P.L.L.C., a management-defense employment and labor law firm. A graduate of Stanford University and Stanford Law School, he litigates and consults on all aspects of employment and traditional labor law. Mr. Winterbauer's professional activities include co-chairing the Washington State Bar Association's Annual Employment Law Institute, serving on the Editorial Advisory Board of the Employee Relations Law Journal, and formerly acting as a mediator/arbitrator with JAMS/Endispute. He has lectured for the University of Washington Extension Program; federal, state, and county bar associations; and private education providers and has published nationally and regionally.
