Tara L. Eubanks became an Associate with the Seattle Office of Graham Lundberg & Peschel, P.S., Inc. in 2003, after having worked as a legal intern for the firm for two years. Her practice focuses on plaintiffs' personal injury and tort matters, including automobile and motorcycle collisions, pedestrian and bicycle versus automobile collisions, and premises liability injuries.  She practices statewide with clients throughout both Eastern and Western Washington. Tara received her undergraduate degree in Political Science and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Washington in 2000. She received her Juris Doctor Degree from Seattle University School of Law in 2003. Tara is an Eagle Member of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ), formerly known as Washington State Trial Lawyers Association (WSTLA). She sits on the WSAJ Board of Governors and is the co-chair for the Membership Committee for 2009-2010. Tara was the chair of the New Member Committee for WSAJ/WSTLA from 2007-2009.  Tara was the recipient of WSAJ/WSTLA's first Ready to Soar Award in August 2008. This award is given to a Young Lawyer/New Member who shows outstanding dedication and commitment to the legal profession and the community and who inspires others to fight for justice. In her free time she enjoys volunteering in the community and spending time with her husband, 4-year-old daughter, and 18-month-old son.
