Ted Buck's practice focuses on litigating catastrophic loss and civil rights cases, product liability, business planning and litigation, municipal liability, real estate and title issues, and most other legal issues that sound interesting. Born and raised in Caldwell, Idaho, he received a degree in physics from the University of Puget Sound in 1987 and his J.D. from the University of Washington in 1992. He is a shareholder at the Seattle law firm of Stafford Frey Cooper, P.C., a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, and a past president of Washington Defense Trial Lawyers. Mr. Buck represents businesses, municipalities, police officers, agricultural entities, insurers, individuals, and non-profit organizations on a wide variety of issues. He frequently lectures on trial tactics, police civil liability, managing catastrophic loss claims and inquest proceedings.
