Ted Buck's practice focuses on civil rights, business planning and litigation, municipal liability, product liability, real estate issues and most other legal issues that sound interesting. Born and raised in Caldwell, Idaho, he received a degree in physics from the University of Puget Sound in 1987 and his J.D. from the University of Washington in 1992. He is a shareholder at the Seattle law firm of Stafford Frey Cooper, P.C., a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, and president-elect of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers. Mr. Buck represents municipalities, police officers, agricultural entities, businesses, insurers, individuals, and nonprofit organizations on a wide variety of issues. He frequently lectures on police civil liability, managing catastrophic loss claims, inquest proceedings, and trial tactics.
