Todd Nichols is a partner at the law firm of Cogdill Nichols Rein Wartelle Andrews, where he continues his practice of more than 20 years representing personal injury plaintiffs in matters including automobile and truck accidents, slip and falls, professional negligence, and dangerous products. He handles injuries ranging from neck and back to brain and injuries resulting in burns or death. In addition, Todd handles complex employment cases, including wrongful discharge, discrimination, and Fair Labor Standards Act cases. Todd is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the George Washington University Law School. He is a Vice President of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.
