Bill McGonagle is a former Deputy Prosecutor in Kitsap County and for the last 30 years has had a plaintiffs' personal injury practice on Bainbridge Island. He was an author of the Automobile Accident Litigation Deskbook published in 2001. He has served on the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association Board of Governors since 1994 and has been an Eagle member of that organization since 1987. He has been President of Lawyers Association Trust since 2000, which markets insurance programs to lawyers throughout Washington. Bill has been on the Super Lawyers list since 2002. In 2007 he was the recipient of the annual Washington State Trial Lawyers Association Professionalism Award. He has an active trial practice and is a frequent arbitrator in UIM matters. He is also a member of Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Trial Lawyers for Public Justice.
